Special Membership Push

Supreme Knight Anderson rolled out a new membership incentive program in conjunction with Pope Benedict’s trip to the US in April 2008.  EVERY NEW KNIGHT INITIATED between December – April will receive a special certificate, lapel pin, and their name entered in a special book.  This book will be given directly to Pope Benedict during his visit.

Form #100's

Every member in the entire Order is being asked a very important question  “Are you carrying a Form #100 right now?  New member recruitment is, without doubt the most important way of keeping our council vibrant and active within our community.  The only way to recruit a new member is if you have a Form #100 ready and accessible to utilize at all times.  Where is yours right now? Council's goal is 9 new members for 2007-2008 year.  As you can see we have exceed that number.  Thank you for a good membership year.

Shining Knights Award

Within the first year of membership, a first degree Knights must accomplish the following to achieve this award:

Volunteer to work on three Council projects.

Meet with the Council’s Insurance Field Agent.

Receive his 2nd and 3rd Degrees.

Recruit one new member.

Attend at least three business meetings

Chaplain/Deacon/Brother Mike Berens requests that all brothers and their families prepare for the daily and weekly Mass reading.  You can obtain these readings by going online to http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/.  If you know ahead of time it will help you get a deeper understanding of what God and our Priests are trying to tell you.
