September's Council Meeting will be held Thursday, September 9th at St. Francis Parish, 2410 Trade  Centre Ave #B in Longmont. Meeting starts at 7:00 PM

Planning Meeting

The planning meeting is held on the second Monday of the month in Longmont.  The planning meetings will be held at Krische Construction, 605 Weaver Park RD.  The better the attendance, the more plentiful the ideas for council events, activities, etc.  Please try to attend and share your ideas if you have time. Meeting starts 7:30PM.

Go - Cart Raffle & St Francis Picnic

We will be collecting all monies & stubs from our two raffles at our meeting. The drawing will be held at our St. Francis's Picnic, September 12th @ 1:30pm, at Willow River park on Fordham So. of Nelson Road, 901 S. Fordham. We need volunteers for this annually sponsored event.  Please come and share the fun.

Business Meeting Refreshments

First Saturday Mass

A reminder that there is a special mass held on the 1st Saturday of each month at 8:30 AM.  Preceding the mass is a special Rosary held at 8:00 AM.  After the mass a number of Knights and there wives enjoy breakfast at The Village Inn.

Daily Mass Readings and the Gospel Reading

Chaplain/Deacon/Brother Mike Berens requests that all brothers and their families prepare for the daily and weekly Mass reading.  You can obtain these readings by going online to http://www.nccbuscc.org/nab/.  If you know ahead of time it will help you get a deeper understanding of what God and our Priests are trying to tell you.

Blood Drive Donation

Remember, if you give blood you can get credit for the council by giving our donation number,  1977.  The time you spend donating blood should go on the Fraternal Survey as volunteer service time.
